You must provide complete and accurate information when creating an account or submitting any application or inquiry. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activities conducted through your account.

By registering or submitting forms via Dwellis, you consent to receive communications related to property listings, application status, and service updates.

User Data

We do not claim ownership of your personal data. By using Dwellis, you grant us a license to collect, store, and process your data solely for purposes related to managing property listings, applications, and services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Dwellis platform. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after 60 days unless legally required to be retained.
